Caleb and I have basically decided that Phenibut is our favorite nootropic. Its effects keep you in a great mood for three days, usually, and it makes you horny? I think?
I contacted Caleb the other day and asked him if he had experienced this new phenomenon I was experiencing. I had a much higher libido than I have ever had. I don’t usually dedicate an entire post to sexual health, but this is definitely related to mental health, this nootropic, depression, and just… go with it, okay?
Caleb said he didn’t notice anything different, libido-wise, but he also mentioned that he’s “usually always horny.” Well, that didn’t help me much.
I feel like I have a normal amount of libido (is that proper grammar? Can you have an “amount” of libido? Anyway…). However, most of my good friends are male and many of them claim that they are horny/have sex/masturbate much more often than I do. Does that make me normal? I don’t know. What is a healthy libido like? I don’t know. What about asexual people? Are they considered sexually unhealthy? I don’t think so… but I don’t know.
It is worth mentioning that every time I take Phenibut I’ve noticed I am much hornier than usual (jeez). I should note that I’ve been seeing someone lately and I’m really into this person, so there is no control for variables, here. It could be the new person that’s making me more excited than usual or it could be the nootropic.
I wish Caleb was a control, but of course I can’t compare my own experiences to a very masculine male in a healthy, happy relationship… so, I ask you all:
Please let me know in the comments below. I am so curious to see if it is just me, it’s just circumstantial, or if this is the real deal. Maybe Phenibut is the answer to my low-libido-while-depressed issue.
You can try Phenibut with 150 pills for $20 on LiftMode. Use this link to get 10% off your first order of $10 or more! Go to Calming > Phenibut. We’re using the “Phenibut HCL 300mp capsules (150 ct) – 99% pure).” Feel free to email me, use Ask Aya, or comment with any questions/concerns you may have and I will try my best to answer them!
Which nootropics would you like Caleb and I to cover next? We are doing a collaborative series trying out different kinds of nootropics and explaining how they affect our moods (my mental illness), his workouts, relationships, (apparently libido), etc.
